This Add-on enables housing societies to manage billing for multiple charges such as maintenance, repair fund, sinking fund, parking, utilities, taxes, and penalties in an easy and error-free manner. It supports automatic calculation of different billing heads, ensuring accurate invoicing for each member. GST calculation is also integrated, allowing applicable charges to be configured for tax computation during invoice generation, while flat rate heads can be defined for fixed charge billing, making society billing more structured and efficient.
